At this time, I do not charge a planning fee for most trips. My services are complimentary when you book your travel through me, and I’m here to guide you through the process, not add extra cost.


How far in advance should I start planning?
Most clients start planning about 6 months to a year in advance, especially for cruises, all-inclusives, and theme park trips. That said, I can absolutely help with last-minute travel when availability allows.


Can you help with flights?
Yes, I can assist with airfare, especially when it’s part of a package with your resort or cruise. Even if you prefer to book flights on your own, I’m happy to research options and help guide you.


What happens after I submit a quote request?

Once you submit your request, I’ll review your details and start researching options that fit your trip. From there, I’ll reach out with recommendations and walk you through the next steps so you feel clear and confident moving forward.


Can you help with things like dining, excursions, and transportation?

Yes. Once your trip is booked, I can help you add on things like dining reservations, excursions, and airport transportation so everything is organized ahead of time.


What if something comes up during my trip?

If anything unexpected happens while you’re traveling, you’re not on your own. You can reach out to me and I’ll help you navigate the situation and get things resolved as quickly as possible.


Why should I book with you instead of online?
